Returns and right of withdrawal

We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the first 14 of those days are also covered by your legal right of withdrawal, described below; the two periods run concurrently from the day of delivery. Custom-colour keyboards can be returned under the same conditions as any other product.

How to start a return

Tell us you want to return an item within the deadline, using one of the following:
– our online withdrawal function at https://www.thekeeblab.com/pages/withdraw (you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email);
– an email to contact@thekeeblab.com;
– the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, by email or post.

Items sent back without notifying us first cannot be processed. Please include your order number in the parcel.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend a tracked service, as the items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Returns from outside the EU must be declared as returned goods; customs charges caused by an incorrect declaration may be deducted from the refund. If you return a defective, damaged or wrong item, we cover the return shipping.

Condition of the items

You may inspect the items as you would in a shop. If their value has diminished because of handling beyond what was necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example scratches, missing parts, damaged or missing packaging, modified firmware), we may deduct an amount corresponding to that loss in value from the refund. Please return the items complete, in their original packaging where possible.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can assess the problem and put it right. Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, independently of this return policy.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards cannot be returned. If you have a question about a specific item, get in touch.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The period runs from the day you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods (of the last item, for orders delivered in several parcels). To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14 days expire, by any of the means listed above, including our online withdrawal function. You must then return the goods within 14 days of your notice. Return shipping is at your expense, and the deduction for diminished value described above applies.
We will refund all payments received for the order, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or of your proof of having sent them, using the same payment method as the original purchase. If you withdraw from part of an order only, the delivery charge is not refunded.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the items, and usually much sooner. The original delivery charge is refunded only when a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom withdraws from the whole order within the legal 14-day period; in all other cases the refund covers the returned items only. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If you have not received it 15 business days after we confirmed it, contact us at contact@thekeeblab.com.
