Processing time

Every keyboard is assembled to order in our workshop in Langon, France. Orders are typically ready to ship within 3 to 5 business days. In-stock parts and accessories ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping rates and destinations

• France — Standard delivery: €10
• European Union — Standard tracked delivery: €15
• United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore — Standard tracked delivery: €29
• United States — Standard tracked delivery: €90

Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

Once your order ships: France typically 2 to 4 business days; European Union 3 to 7 business days; other destinations 7 to 21 business days depending on customs processing. These estimates are in addition to the assembly time above.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
